You must set your account information in your email software, if you want to receive email. (here use Microsoft Outlook Express for demo)

如果想利用電郵軟件接收電郵的話, 必需鍵入帳號資料. (將會用 Microsoft Outlook Express 作示範)

At the right hand side, please choose "add" - > "Mail"

在右面選取 "新增" - > "郵件"

Field in your name in it. And then click "Next"

填入 姓名 然後按 "下一步"

Field in your email address. And then click "Next"

填入你的電郵地址然後按 "下一步"

Choose "POP3" at "Incoming Mail Server".
Field in "mail.xxxxx.com" at the field of "Incoming Mail".
Field in "corpmail1.netvigator.com" at the field of "Outgoing Mail".
Then click "Next"

* * * The "xxxxxx" in "mail.xxxxx.com" can retrieve in the information letter (or email) which is provided by i-conson.
* * * Please fill in your ISP's smtp server address in Outgoing Mail Server, here is the example for the client which using PCCW as the ISP.

在內送郵件伺服器中選擇 "POP3".
在內送郵件伺服器的空格中填入 "mail.xxxxxx.com"
在外寄郵件伺服器的空格中填入 "corpmail1.netvigator.com"
然後按下一步

* * * "mail.xxxxx.com" 中的 "xxxxxx" 可跟據我們提供給客戶的指引信件(或電郵)中獲得.
* * * 請在外寄郵件伺服器一欄中填寫你的互聯網供應商提供的伺服器名稱.

Fill in your e-mail address at the field of "Account name".
Fill in password at the field of "Password".
Then click "Next"

* * * Account name should be your email address, and password can be retrieve from our information letter (or email).

請將客戶的電郵地址填入帳號名稱內.
請將密碼填入密碼欄內.
然後按 "下一步"

* * * 客戶的電郵地址會作為帳號名稱.
客戶的密碼可在本公司發出的通知信(或電郵) 中獲得.

Then click "Finish"
按"完成"
